Get ready for one of the most beautiful, sincere, family-centered weddings I’ve had to honor to capture recently. Nadia + Matt’s wedding day is one for the books.

 

First up, Nadia looking radiant.

Hiiiiiiiii Matt! If you know Matt, then you love him. He’s that kind of dude.

Back with the ladies, Nadia wanted a few photos of her + her adorable little niece. Mia is the first baby in the family and you can totally tell by how much everyone dotes on her. It’s so beautiful.

That’s Nadia’s mama – isn’t she just gorgeous? Well, she’s just as sweet.

Best first look! Nadia’s dad is the best + I have about 15 different photos of him seeing Nadia for the first time that are my favorite. I did have to pick ONE for the blog though, so here it is!

All these people down here are family. Nadia + Matt’s siblings were their wedding party. And Nadia’s brother, Omar, doubled as the officiant. AND HE WAS SO GOOD.

Nadia + Matt didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but they did want to have a private moment and read their vows to each other. It was beautiful.

After the toasts, we did a few more portraits. This is my favorite thing to do during a wedding day. It gives you a chance to escape the chaos and be present with each other for a few minutes…

…and then you just return to the party and go crazy again! win-win!
