Red & Blue through the months – South Jersey Pet Photographer

So I figured it was time to do a blog post of all my dog photos since a) I have a bunch of new followers that came around just for those! and b) if you find my blog and haven’t followed me on Facebook, you’ll have missed out on some of my favorite shots!

Dressing up my two Pit Bull mixes, Blue Moon and Red Stripe, was born out of a single idea one day in February. I had this image in my mind of Blue in a tutu and Red with crazy googly-eyed glasses. Well, lets just say since then a little idea has turned into an all out obsession. I have spent more money than you can imagine at Party City, local thrift shops, and online (where else are you going to find child-sized cap and gowns?!?).

No Pit Bulls were harmed in the making of these photos. Well, except maybe their dignity.

 

 

 

We dressed Blue & Red up as my parents. You just need to know that my mom has crazy hair, just had surgery (hence the wooden wanna-be crutches) and loves disney, and my dad is referred to as Tommy Lee Jones because of his sunglasses and always wears white sneakers. Even to work. With dress pants.

 

 

 

There was a cute little poem about this Halloween photo. Basically, Red & Blue went to my sisters house to Trick Or Treat. Notice the Milk Bones!

 

 

 

This was our birth announcement. Blue was me and Red was Brandon. I did mess up the year though, as miss Frances was born in 2013.

 

 

Christmas was all about Blue being nice and Red being naughty. Ya know, kind of like real life.

 

 

 

Needed a new Valentine’s idea, and decided to do puppy portraits.
