My 2015 wedding season started off with an unexpected snowstorm at Joanie + Corey’s wedding! The week before, the weather was supposed to be partly sunny and in the 40s. Cold, but not bad for March. Then, all of a sudden a few days before the forecast changed to snow – and not just a little snow, this snowstorm was one of the bigger ones this year with about 6 inches of snow! Luckily, my bride + groom and their entire bridal party took everything in stride and were totally calm the whole day. No one even batted an eye when I ~~begged~~, ~~pleaded~~, suggested that we do the formals outside.

First up, the gorgeous girls! Hayley, Joanie + Corey’s daughter, was not thrilled with my picture taking, but it didn’t take long for her completely warm up.

Mint green everything! I seriously can’t get over the little baby shoe. It slaaaaaaaaaaays me.

Seriously Joanie, you could not have been more beautiful. I’ve known Joanie for SO.MANY.YEARS. She is practically another member of my family and she is the sweetest, most selfless person you will ever meet. And upbeat. Everything is always better when she’s around. I was honored to capture her beauty on the outside that completely matches her beauty on the inside.

Remember that snow we talked about?!? Somehow we were less than 30 minutes late to the church. Not bad at all.

Hayley is just the cutest! I wish I could take credit for the cutest laugh that ever was, but this goes all to the bridesmaids who were behind me being silly.
