These two.

Well, they’re next level adorable, super in love, and two of the NICEST people you will ever meet. I knew they were my kind of people when we had out first meeting at  Soup Kitchen Cafe and we all ordered the tomato basil soup and grilled cheese.

We started their engagement session in their beautiful house in Fishtown and then headed towards the Art Museum, taking advantage of the beautiful side streets before making our way up towards to Art Museum stairs. Usually when I photograph sessions, I have to work really hard to pull emotion (love, laughter, etc) out of my clients. They aren’t immediately just comfortable with me. But not these two – it was IMMEDIATE, adorable, love.

Here are the two love birds on their adorable couch, sporting their favorite team jerseys.

 

We only got a few shots at their house before we headed to the Art Museum, but there was this beautiful light I saw coming through the window that we had to take advantage of.

 

Incredible cuteness. And isn’t Catherine such a beauty?

 

Eric was the king of making Catherine laugh? It was kind of amazing.

 

One of the best things about walking the streets of Philly is coming across all of these beautiful little spots. So much old time charm.

The Art Museum was good to us. At this point in the season, almost all of the trees in our area has lost their leaves, but the Art Museum was in full, glorious bloom!

 

So much sweetness. These two are so in love.

 

Catherine + Eric, I had the absolute BEST day with you guys – not only were you fun, and funny, but you were up for anything (I mean, Catherine walked around in heels for hours even with a bum knee). I adore you both so much, and I can’t wait for your wedding next year!
