I am so excited to share this newborn session! First of all, Ashley + Dennis are couple DREAMS. They are SO in love, so kind + so patient with each other. No surprise that they also make the most amazing parents.

But I’m also excited to share this session for the following reasons (in no particular order) 1) Ashley is my biggest fan. She likes every single image I put up within minutes and it always makes my heart SWELL, 2) I photographed Ashley + Dennis’ wedding, and I LOVELOVELOVE getting to photograph my wedding couples as their families grow, and 3) they own rescued pit bulls. I love myself a pit bull, but I love myself a rescued one even more.

When I showed up to their house it was POURING, just like on their wedding day, and I joked that they called in the rain because I am a person that makes dad jokes.

Anyway, on to the photos!

Hiiiiiiii Daniel! He was so alert all morning.

But then he passed out when we wrapped him in a blanket with his BROTHER AND SISTER’S FACE ON IT.

Sleeping, sweet babies are great and all, but I like when they make crazy + mean faces. I’m not sure what that says about me.

Ashley is a superb decorator.
